La atención del personal excelente, las chicas de la recepción y del desayuno fueron muy cordiales. El desayuno exquisito, fresco y variado. Dada la disponibilidad de habitaciones en temporada baja nos realizaron un upgrade de la habitación por lo que mejoró notablemente la experiencia al tener una vista privilegiada al lago.
Excelente hospitalidad.
Podrían mejorar la calidad de los amenities.

It is a mansion transformed into a hotel - it has a splendid nature surrounding the entire property which means parrots, saguis monkeys, macaus and other local birds right there - that was pretty amazing! We could feed them with fruits and it was an special experience. The hotel does not offer TV inside the rooms -( only at the lobby) and that it is on purpose - but I must confess, during our staying ( 6 nights total) and with the rainny season on its verge, I missed the TV at night. There is a small selection of books ( some in English) that can replace the TV or you can choose playing cards ( if you are not in the honeymoon....)
The staff is very friendly and talkative - putting a lot of effort in the art of pampering guests, but despite this I felt a little bit the lack of essential stuff when you are paying a high price for a hotel - which is the case here. Good towels were not available - they were quite in bad shape for a Hotel Boutique and there is also a problem of the absence of proper furniture inside the rooms - like cabinets, drawers or a proper place to put your suitcase on or even to hang some bikinis to get them dry.
Breakfast was excellent - coffee , fruits, tapioca and cakes were delicious - made at the property by 2 ladies in charge of the kitchen that were very friendly. The incredible nature that surrounds this Hotel it is in fact its main attraction. Quiet and secluded, despite being near - few 2 or 3 miles away from dowtown village - you can for sure, have a relaxing and peaceful hotel experience.
