The bed was comfortable.
It was extremely uncomfortable to take the suitcases out of my car outside, at the entrance of the parking garage and the staff of this private company which runs the parking was very rude and not helpful.

Receptionists were not all helpful and not all were accommodating with english.

A smart place, my room was nice and spacious with a large, comfortable bed. The bathroom was sufficiently spacious with a good shower. Excellent breakfast, a large selection. Friendly staff, though I had to use Spanish as no English was spoken. Good location, a 5-minute walk to the bus station. Not pricey, very good value for money.
