Excellent location for walking to downtown and the historic center. Nice breakfast buffet.
Room was small and somewhat outdated. I did like the small balcony that overlooked the bay and Luz Bridge.

The room is large, good bed and pillows, clean and clear. The breakfast is very good, with variety of fruits, cakes and bread.
I will return next time.
The check in took a bit longer than expected
Although it was not a concern, the noise from the near by express way could be lower with better insulation.

The property is very well located
the staff didn't help me recovering my cellphone charger that I forgot at my room when I left. I called and registered a message on booming.com but didn't received any response about it.
