There was no elevator but the guys were amazing helping us to take the bags upstairs.

liked the hotel very much, the staff are respectful, restaurants are close to the hotel, and even the metro station and buses are very close. I recommend it to everyone

Hotel was close to metro and close to the location we needed. The staff were very helpful and accommodating
The bathroom in the room had no vent or window, and the beds were very squeaky which kept waking us all through the night
