Never book this hotel. Stay away from these thieves!

Nothing!!!! Stay away from this hotel!!!! It was the worst hotel I've ever lived in and the administration I've had to deal with. Please avoid this hotel as much as possible! A lot of noise from the street, because there is a highway nearby. The windows don't close. You practically need to sleep with the noise outside, and it is huge. We were in the quietest room, which made it impossible to sleep because of the noise from outside. The administration did nothing. We paid 450 euros, two days later we moved to another hotel, because we couldn't stand it anymore. I am sorry that we did not receive the money we paid or at least for the 7 days we didn't stay, or at least something. These are thieves, stay away from them! The breakfast is terrible, when we arrive at 8.30am. was almost empty. And in general, it is not worth paying any money for such a breakfast - there is nothing to eat. I hope that the administration, after stealing 400 euros, became rich and will be able to replace the windows in the entire hotel!!!!! There was no response to our request to return at least part of the money. This is the most horrible and disgusting hotel in this region. Stay away and never stay at this hotel!!!!! NEVER!!!! Not worth 1 euro per night!!!!!! Have a nice day thieves!!!!!!!! We moved out two days later and in the booking system they still showed that we were there for the whole 9 days. Disgusting cheaters!!!! And it is really unclean place! Stay away from this hotel!!!! Never book and don't have anything in common with those greedy people!!!!! Thieves!

very rude staff, my family not happy with the stay

don’t like anything, very rude staff not helpful at all. with children never stay again, overcharged with wrong exchange rate.

we paid money for stay its not free, no cleanness at all, rooms and bathrooms are not clean. not suitable for family
