The Express Inci Hotel is a rare gem, seamlessly blending convenience with comfort. Recommended!!!

My stay at the Express Inci Hotel was stellar. It's rare to find a place where every element aligns to create a perfect guest experience, but this hotel managed to do just that. I had no complaints whatsoever.

Very good with respect to location and budget staff is very good and cooperative. There is a little bit of language issue.

The price was affordable the lady in the reception is very kind.

The toilet is very dirty specially the bath area need to be cleaned of mould etc, there were mosquitoes and very bad odor due to the mould and bacterias.

Wouldn't recommend this hotel

The only thing we liked about this hotel was the smell of toilet paper and the fact there weren't any bugs.

When we came in, the toilet paper had been already used, so we had to ask We didn't like a huge puddle near a shower that didn't flow off, some dirty spots on our pillows, curtains, mattresses, and coverlet. The floor in the bathroom was scratched and dirty, the floor in the room was terrible as well:( Trust me, I'm not a nitpicky person, but all of those things create the first impression of the hotel.

Nightmare

The bathroom was catastrophic. There was a leakage and it was dirty. We had to put on 4 bath towels on the ground to reduce the leakage We asked to change the room, we had to convince the employee to call the manager of the hotel after 2h of discussion At the end, we finally left the hotel and we get our money back for 2 nights. The first one was horrible but we were there so we agreed to pay. I'm posting photo I'll never come back there and I don't advice to go there

Surprisingly great

Great price and super staff. Everyone at the desk made the experience much more enjoyable and easier.

It’s a bit far from the center but the price offsets that.

For a short stay at this price is great

it was clean enough, there were nice shops, restaurants and snack bars nearby. I really liked that there was a parking space. I also liked that there was an elevator.

the room was quite cramped for 4 people, I think its capacity is for two at most. Two of the beds were slightly broken and sagging. It was also a bit noisy due to traffic and guests at the hotel next door.

Would be perfect if not the reception mess

Very comfortable room with free toiletries. It was clean and quite. The wifi works well. There is an elevator. The location is good, close to the metrobus station and some shops. Staff was friendly and the reception is 24h open. I think there is no better place in Istanbul for such a low price

We had one bad experience in this hotel. After our arrival (it was late at night) they told us they forgot about us, so they don't have our room ready and we need to spend the first night in the temporary room. After this night we had to leave the room and replace our luggage to the reception so they could clean the temporary room. We had to come back at the afternoon to get the new room. When we came at the evening, there was another person at the recepion and she didn't know our problem. She also didn't speak English! We spent the next 30 minutes trying to explain her the whole story using google translate... Finally we get the right room, but that was definitely something that should never happen in the normal hotel!

the worst hotel in Istanbul & maybe the world

Nothing , it’s without computation the worst hotel in Istanbul & the worst hotel I’ve been to in the world

1- it’s like they know it’s a cheap hotel so no need to treat their poor customers with respect and nicely! 2- the mattress is made of concrete I think! sleeping on the floor would have been so much better 3- I won’t stay there again even for free .. It’s sad I can’t give them 0/10 and I had to give them 1/10 which they don’t deserve.
