Our stay was relaxing at the same time as allowing for exploration and adventures. It was awesome

location close to great shops easy and pleasant access to the city and other key areas The apartment was well maintained and the view in the early morning was a blaze of colour the bed was comfortable albeit a bit too big

We had problems in accessing the building when we arrived so we couldn't get into our beautiful room until access was sorted it was eventually resolved by the woman responsible for after hours services

I had a wonderful stay, will definitely revisit.

Very convenient, nice, clean & quiet. Very good price, value for money.

No air-con in the room, but a ceiling fan provides enough air circulation.

Overall a great option for Fitzroy, exceeded my expectations with a very good location, quiet and fairly clean with reas

great location, modern and clean interiors with a great shower, comfy bed and good sitting area with ac.

Bed was a double and internal so no window, which I’m not keen on. Balcony was a bit dirty.

Take Care With Check In and Car Parking

Big modern apartment in the perfect spot with a ton of messages from visitors (for months) complaining about the lock box, keys and parking facilities. Me too. I went back and read the other reviews. The app did not work on three phones. The key was supposed to be posted (it was not). Four of us could not figure out the car parking instruction so gave up and parked in the street.

Check in. Car park. Communication (the cleaner had to help my mother). The apartment was air conditioned only to the edge of the sitting room, but the bedroom was not and was stuffy on a hot, humid Melbourne day.

Disappointing.

The apartment itself was clean. The area in which the apartment block is situated is close to many amenities.

The check-in and check-out process was very stressful and impersonal. Parking arrangement was complicated and stressful. Nothing was personal. Phone contact was mechanical and the personnel who attended the calls were as polite and helpful as possible, but it felt like a strict business operation. Check-out was 10am, but because daylight saving had started, we effectively had 1 hour less. The access app was automatically cut off at 10am which made it impossible to go back into the apartment for last-minute check up. It would have been impossible if the mobile phone had been left inside as well! This place has a lot to be desired as a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Overall we had a great stay and will recommend it to others

The location, comfort and cleanliness were all very good. Parking in the lane was a bit of a challenge.

Clearer instructions on the electronic entry would be good. We met someone exiting the building who helped us get in. I also was promised parking but was not intially sent instructions. I followed up with one of the cleaning staff who helpfully had the instructions emailed to me and then assisted in helping me get into the garage.

Disappointing

Great location.

Check in process was more complicated than it needed to be. The digital key was annoying. No full length mirror. Only one set of towels. Nice apartment but didn't meet the price.

Great location but over priced

The apartment was not very clean, floor was super sticky I had to wipe down the floor before the other guests arrived as it was embarrassing. Did not like the Key App would prefer just a standard key.

Terrible/no view cleanliness wasn’t great. Seems like no one did a clean up/check before we got there. We were sent incorrect address and this made finding the apartment and car park process confusing.

Clean, lovely, modern apartment in the heart of Fitzroy

Lovely modern apartment. Clean and comfortable. Location in the heart of Fitzroy was perfect. Car stacker was good once we got used to it. We could walk to our son's house easily.

Digital key took some getting used to and concern that my partner did not have one. The doona was too heavy but that probably is nit-picking! We were unsure about where to put rubbish - perhaps an instruction leaflet, covering a few point could be useful.
