A message was sent not only stating directions of entry but a video was included to show exactly what footsteps to follow!! Their was an elevator--halleluyah--and the code on the door handle was a feature I never saw before but easy.
Ummmm. An extra small trashcan here or there on 1st level?

Great location, clean, spacious, comfy
Shower leaked water into the hall and the shower head in the bathroom was too big which affected the pressure

Wonderful high sealing rooms in a "historical" building, with modern, well maintained quality (apart fro the dishwasher) furniture.
We were very positively surprised and maybe should not praise too much to get a slot the next time we come to Vienna :-).
The arrival process is a treat. We were contacted several time prior to share needed documents leaving plenty of time. The Whatsapp service (even in the evening) was working extremely well when we had a question at the arrival.

Hosts were very communicative and excellent location
Advertised as three bathrooms but it was really two shower rooms and ONE toilet for 6 to 8 people. Poorly provisioned (one pan and two pots, no cooking sheet)
