The villas are private, and you never cross paths with your neighbours. It’s a 5–10 minute walk to the closest cafés and grocery stores. The cleaning was always spot-on, and the service was superb.
A special and huge thanks to Cici. She took great care of us and was always happy to help with any request. She was incredibly responsive on WeChat, replying to our questions within minutes.
Lactose free or out milk at breakfasts for coffee would be nice. Not enough beds on the beach.

Room was excellent and well equipped, house keeping work was excellent. Excellent location, near the beach, market, stores.
Not enough sun beds in the swimming pool area and on the beach. We tried to complain, but the staff answered we should wake up earlier - very strange reaction. What is the problem to buy more sun beds??
At buffet breakfast and dinner not all food was labelled. Too many spicy options, not enough non-spicy food.
I was unpleasantly surprised that in such a big hotel there was only one staff member who spoke half-descent English. And he wasn't present every day.

The property even though a bit dated still provides the essentials. We booked the Villa with private pool and it was amazing. The staff especially Bob really helped us and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and made our stay memorable. So thank you Bob!!!

The hotel is good for money but I think it is overrated on Booking. The breakfast and the dinner buffet are ok.
If you need a place to sleep and to have something to eat at the fair value but with NO service this is the right place. But this hotel should have more than 5 score on Booking. I was in the hotels with 7-8 score and they offer at least some service.
The hotel is old and thus there are some fixed and adjusted things in room. The air conditioning and air refreshment system of the restaurant (it is just one in the hotel) were we had breakfast. dinner buffets and lunch HAS TO BE fully changed, there is the food cooking smell everywhere and very hot inside. The pool is limited and I think for such a big hotel it is quite small. The room and facilities inside have to be refurbished but all works for now. The bad is comfy but it creaks. The big issue with the staff, I thought with my entry level of Chinese and mobile translator I wouldn't have a problem BUT if the gut at the reception doesn't know his work and spends an hour to check in the guests in 5 rooms it is unprofessional team. I booked the room 2 weeks earlier and informed the hotel about the late check in at 11pm but when we arrived in the hotel there was nobody, even a bellboy. The security guy came to us when we entered to the lobby and seat the sofa. The hotel had to prepare the rooms for us but the reception guy tried to sell me different rooms with at a different rates even seeing my bookings with confirmations. it is good that I had a printed out confirmation so that paper was like a document for the reception guy to accept as as I booked.
I never come back to this hotel because there are lot of others nearby, and if I would know all above written I would never book this hotel
