Spacious villa. Fantastic staff, in particular our Butler Lucy was excellent and always helpful.
Could use some renovations outside. Staff hardly speaks English.

First night power cut in our villa no air con no lights. Staff tried to fix for 5 hours. Unfortunate incident but staff super helpful bring food to our villa and eventually fixed the problem. Everything perfect

酒店房间脏，阳台上的桌椅脏到粘手，健身房的地板没人打扫，地板脏的到处是土和沙，晚上被下水道的臭气呛醒，从没有住过这么差的5星酒店，真的很无语。
