Needed a bit of tender care, few things lacked attention to detail but for one night it did the job.

Not child friendly-staff told our 3 year old traveller if she wasn't quiet he was going to call the police!! All she was doing was walking around the room which had wooden flooring.
Rooms not tended to daily, toilet rolls, tea/coffee/milk not topped up, had to go to reception to collect more supplies.
No one around staff wise until late morning so no chance of breakfast.
Hotel locked us out, had to wait out in the rain until we contacted hotel to ask them to let us in, staff then laughed at us!
Customer service really bad. Contacted the hotel following our stay to advise one of the groomsmen had forgotten his brand new 3 piece suit, hotel advised they bin anything left over when customer leaves. This suit was very expensive and purchased for this specific wedding weekend, who throws away a brand new suit presuming no one wants it??? They had all our contact details so why wouldn't they contact us? Fuming!.
