Ubicación excelente, la habitación estaba muy bien, muy positivo que el hotel tenga un bar, donde el desayuno estaba muy rico.

We had a very warm welcome, our motorcycles parked outside on the path next to the hotel.
The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable, with air con, wifi was good.
Breakfast was good, and evening meal ordered separately also good.
The staff were very kind and helpful.

Mi estancia ha sido bastante decepcionante, principalmente por dos factores: la gestión de la entrada y las condiciones de la habitación.
Al llegar, nos encontramos con un problema grave: aunque mi reserva a través de Booking estaba confirmada, en el sistema interno del hotel figuraba para un día antes. Estuvimos esperando con mucha inseguridad mientras intentaban arreglar un error de volcado de datos que, siendo honestos, es una responsabilidad interna del hotel y no del cliente. Tuvimos suerte de que hubiera una habitación libre porque otro huésped aún no había llegado, pero nos quedó la sensación de que, de haber aparecido un poco más tarde, nos habríamos quedado sin alojamiento. Es una situación muy estresante y poco profesional.
En cuanto a la habitación, aunque se nota que han hecho un esfuerzo por reformar el baño, tienen elementos antiguos o de mala calidad (almohadas). Por ejemplo, no hay enchufes a ambos lados de la cama, algo impensable hoy en día.
Por último, el aislamiento es inexistente. Se escucha absolutamente todo: el ruido del pasillo, la gente que pasa y, especialmente molesto, el ruido proveniente del bar. Las puertas de la habitación no ofrecen ninguna barrera acústica, lo que hace que el descanso sea casi imposible.
