Easy to reach. Staff good and friendly.
2 bath robes , I complained that they smell sweaty but I was told they had been washed. They were not changed .

Breakfast was good. But there was no frothy milk and no figs or prunes which you find in most 4 star hotels.
The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and nice sheets.
I was delighted that you had a fitness room as this is important to me. However, it was locked, and clearly not used. The weight machine was broken so there was only a treadmill and cross-trainer. I was grateful you had a gym but a few weights would be great.

The staff was really friendly, and the bed was comfortable and large.
The place was dated , the garage was awkward to park into, and you had to get out of your car and walk to a telephone to ask for the door to be opened. Located in an industrial park... not great
We weren't explained what amenities there were.

Location is good. Staff are really friendly and helpful
We have stayed here previously, but this time we had a small upstairs room. The bed was right next to the toilet and the plumbing was very loud. The bed creaked whenever either of us moved.
It is a great hotel and we will stay here again, but will make sure we get a room on the ground floor - they are bigger and better. You live and learn...
