Rithy Rine is great little spot for your stay in Siem Reap, All the Concierge staff are wonderful.
I stayed here 2 nights initially then returned for a further 8 nights. The location was great, close to the river and pub street yet in a quiet little area. The pool was very inviting and clean, the room was large and airy with nice balcony. Some of the towels and shower mats were abit worse for wear but nonetheless exceptionally clean which is most important.
The beds are a little firm but certainly not hard like experienced elsewhere on my 5 week Cambodian trip.

It was an okay price for its location, amenities, and cleanliness. So, temper your expectations.
Location is close to Night Market and walkable distance to Old Market. You can save the hassle of getting a transport. It is on a main road so it is easy to walk back to (as opposed to some accommodations which are inside a side lane, and the side lane has unpaved road which gets muddy in wet weather). First impression upon entering the hotel room was that it was clean and nice. The floor was mopped, I think, cause I could walk bare feet and it didn't feel dusty nor grimy. There were sockets next to the bed to charge your items. The aircon was working well and cooled the room comfortably. It has an ionizer feature which is supposed to rid the room of foul smells. So, that may have helped the room smell okay. Do note there is a blue blinking light on the aircon when this feature is turned on and will be lighting up the darkened room at night. Although there was some light leaking through the sides of the curtain, it was dark enough to sleep during the day. The mattress was firm. There was a nice balcony and seats, tables and ashtray outside the room. So, less of a chance of having a smoke smelling room. The pool is okay with some tiles missing. The lobby and swimming pool are generally clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
Although 200m radius (5min walk) from Pub Street, the booming bass could be heard in the room. So if you are an extremely light sleeper, which I am, it may be distracting when trying to fall asleep. The walls of the hotel also echoes noise to the room. For example, someone closing the door hard, dropping their things on the floor, moving the furniture around - all could be heard. It may wake you when guests check in/out when you are sleeping. I woke up at 5am two nights in a row due to these noises and could not nap in the afternoon too because of these noises. Please note, I didn't hear people speaking or having "boom boom" (local pimp's terminology) in their room. The bathroom walls were moldy although it was hard to see against the grey walls. There are no hooks in the bathroom or bedroom; only one towel rack in the shower area. Thus, you can't hang your clothes, wet towel, toiletry bag. Meaning your used and clean towels and clothes all go together in the shower area. There is no shelf in the shower area, so your soap goes on the floor. The doors of the bathroom is not cleaned and dusty too. The room provides used slippers which are supposed to be white but have turned into shades of grey. The tea bags are placed exposed in a tray, which is iffy considering how the person placed it there and if it has been contaminated by previous guests. Also, the tray doesn't look like its been cleaned for a while. The toilet seat pan can't stay up. So wives... please take note, the guys can't pee standing up without sprinkling on the pan. The room is only made up when the 'Please make up the room' sign is place on the door. Is this a new thing? I thought the default was to make up the room unless you placed a 'Do not disturb' sign on the door. I didn't place the make up room sign on the door so, the room wasn't cleaned, towels, toilet roll, soap, shampoo, water and coffee were not changed/replenished.

Exceptional
For such a good price, this hotel really delivers. The location is great, a close walk to pub street and a one minute walk from my favorite spa, The Spa Siem Reap. At the hotel, the staff are extremely helpful and they helped us book tours to the temples. The tuk tuk driver booked through the hotel was very friendly and helped us throughout our excursions. I would definitely stay here again.
