The villa is gorgeous and in such a beautiful location. Access to the beach was great & a short walk to shops and restaurants.
Staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

Location and views.
The villa is located within walking distance of a few shops and a little further to Pefkos where you will find lots of restaurants and shops. It’s walkable but we hired a car so we could visit lots of places on the island. Recommend hiring a boat from Lindos, we saw sea turtles. Lindos also worth a visit. There are 2 villas connected and below are separate apartments, one of which the owners accommodate, the other doesn’t look in use at present. The pool areas are very close so you don’t have the entire place to yourself. There is a wall separating the pool areas and steps down from both villas that take you down to them. The beach is a very small rocky section, with a couple of flat patches to lay on. Great places to snorkel, many days were spent doing this! Further down is a sandy beach, few minute walk. Villa is well equipped, clean and comfortable. BBQ on the terrace and a seating area which we enjoyed sitting out on in the mornings/evenings and taking in the views. It has a washing machine which we made full use of, no dishwasher which would be a good touch but didn’t bother us too much. In the 3 bed villa, the bedroom off the kitchen has no plug sockets and only a curtain for a door. This didn’t go down well with our 16 year old but he only slept in it, so got over it after a couple of days. Wouldn’t recommend for young children, because there are lots of steps and the drop from the edge of the pool/sun lounge area to the rocks/sea, isn’t fenced off. The views are what make this place special, looking out at the sea everyday is truly beautiful.
Nothing we didn’t particularly like. WiFi was a bit problematic as we needed to contact home a few times and the signal inside the villa is poor. Doesn’t work at all in the upstairs bedroom and only specific areas downstairs. The best place to get signal is by the pool.

Beautiful Villa. Clean with everything we needed. What a view!
It was a walk down to the pool and then a walk down to the beach which wasn’t private. Villa could do with a dishwasher in place of the washing machine.
