It was absolutely beautiful! Elizabeth was a fantastic hostess. The wine yard was amazing, the views breathless, and very comfortable! Loved Momma!

Wonderful views from the hilltop pool. The bathrooms (private, but not adjacent) worked fine. Breakfast included fresh bread delivered daily from bakery, plentiful fruits, and homemade marmalades. The hostess did everything possible to be present, communicative and hospitable, including extra effort to coordinate receipt of baggage being delivered. Don't miss asking about a time to get a tasting tour of the property itself.
In respect of the hostess and other guests, it was important to speak softly and tip-toe carefully/quietly during evening and nighttime.

Beautiful, authentic quinta in the heart of the Douro. Stunning views from the pool. Warm welcome from the delightful host. Setting for the wine tasting fab.
The style of the quinta was homely and rustic rather than boutique style, but if that’s your style you will love it.
