Helpful staff.
The room was small. The bathroom was small. All ok for a one-night stay.
It's really lovely old fashioned pub accommodation. Low ceilings and door frames that I occasionally hit my head on (I am 6ft3in), but ok because that's the vibe.
It's pretty run down in terms of stained carpets and marks on the walls etc, but clean and 'stayable'.
You get what you pay for
