Excellent service, staff etc. Great breakfast.
Nothing to dislike.

The outside is unassuming but the hotel itself is spectacular, built into the sillar stone! The staff was very professional and the rooms spacious. There was a large reception/dining area and we were able to leave our luggage stored at the hotel most of the day
Our rooms were underground, which meant there was no natural light but this didn’t bother us much as we were out the entire day. The pool is on the small side. We booked a transfer through the hotel from the bus station (which was only a 5-min drive away) and were charged 25 USD - the driver took great care and we appreciated being picked up from the station but the price was very steep (the same taxi to the airport was 15 USD for a 20-min ride)

Good location, close to the Plaza de Armas. Nice room and great breakfast on the terrace. The staff are the stars here too. Highly recommended.
Nothing.

Lovely property. Enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool and breakfast area. Rooms were very comfortable but a bit small with two larger suitcases.
Great breakfast.
