Location was amazing, right on the plaza. Victoria at the front desk was very kind and the breakfast was yummy.
A little more worn than I’d expected, but it didn’t distract from the pros.

The hotel location being right off Arequipas square was ideal for exploring the city. The room itself was lovely and spacious. We also had enough storage so we could fully unpack. The room was always clean and supplies restored daily. Lastly, the staff were very nice and a atentative allowing us to leave our bags there even when we had checked out to go explore on our last day.
Something that the hotel can’t control but a downfall of its ideal location is the noise you get from the streets on the evening when trying to sleep can be loud.

Very good location and well front desk service. They gave me a super early check-in around 9AM. Breakfast was also good, you can enjoy your breakfast on the terrace with a good view to plaza.
Noisy due to close the crossroads. Shower was hot but water just enough. Toilet was quite small.

Very good breakfast and friendly staff. It's located right in the center (there is a lot of noise outside but that's normal in that area). The bed was comfortable.
As soon as we entered the room, we noticed an intense moldy scent in the air and a huge stain on the ceiling. The window is very difficult to close. The room was not clean either (hair in the bed and the sink). The carpet has not been cleaned in a long time. The garbage can was broken and the furniture was rosty. It took 10 minutes to get hot water in the shower. We were happy we just spent a night there.
