Clean spacious rooms and friendly staff

Affordable, modern and comfortable stay in a prime location.

Location, modern finishes/decor on main floors, espresso machine for breakfast and Eggs cooked fresh for you to order. Shower water got hot and room was cleaned daily. Key sightseeing spots were a short walk away (5-10mins to plaza).

Roof bar was closed due to COVID. Room was advertised as "sound proof" but merchants outside could be heard until about 9pm.

Hotel that is a short walk from Plaza de Armas

The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk to Plaza de Armas and within a 15-minute walk to sites of interest and many restaurants.

Breakfast food choices were a bit limited.

Excellent hotel with great service!

The service was excellent. Anything you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. The location, breakfast, bed and shower were also great! Would love to come back here.

Nice place, not the best experience

The location was good. Room was spacious and clean. They let one of our group check out late as he wasn’t feeling well and we had a late flight.

The roof area was closed and no bar. Additionally our clothes got lost for a while when sent out for laundry. it was a whole thing and the lady on reception was not overly helpful. The woman who did check out was very nice though.

Fabulous hotel, best nights sleep we have had in Peru, and wifi too!

The doorman! He is amazing, so enthusiastic and really takes his duties seriously. The blackout curtains, corridor seating (parents of young kids sharing our room), and the wifi was the best we have had. The receptionists were so helpful, even if we only managed to communicate through broken english/Spanish and google translate. The breakfast team too! Reception even organised us the best breakfast box to takeaway the day we checked out at 5am, thank you!

It was a shame the rooftop bar wasnt open.

the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and stylish, clearly a recent decoration.

the bathroom in the room was too small.

Everyone who works there is exceptionally kind, helpful and accommodating. My room is left immaculate every single day after Housekeeping has been in. I went on a 2 day 1 night Colca Canyon trek and had told the lady at front desk that I'll be off at 3am and that I won't be returning the next day but will still be keeping my room, and she immediately offered me a breakfast box that'll be ready for when I leave. The food box saved me

Lovely comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom and great roof terrace with view. Although it is not open as a bar it is a really comfortable space to sit. The doorman is lovely and very keen to help. Location is good 5 minute walk from main plaza. Very Good breakfast with options.

The most lovely view in Arequipa!

Great from start to finish! The staff were lovely and so helpful for everything we needed! The terrace was incredible and very private- no one was there so we could sit up there and enjoy the view to ourselves! Beds were comfortable and shower was so hot!!

I liked the style of the hotel

the hotel is extra clean; I liked the most this futuristic elevated beds. the breakfast was very good

I forgot my earrings in the hotel room, once I came back they were gone. very unpleasant situation, the cleaning staff just threw it or took it.

Great stay in Arequipa

Free Parking place in centre of town. Friendly staffs. Welcome drink. Good breakfast. They gave to us great recommendation for best restaurant near - Chicha Restaurant. Rooftop bar.

Exceptional

The room is big and clean. We arrived in the midnight, the guard opened the door for us, though we don’t speak Spanish and the guard doesn’t speak English, we successfully checkin. The staffs are friendly. Terrace is great. Breakfast is great as well. The roast chiken nearby is very good :)

The tube between bathrooms deliver the sound from other room. We heard the woman singing from other bathroom when she’s taking shower. WiFi is not so fast in our room, maybe that’s because we are in the corner.
