an excellent room at the heart of Paris. The AC is cool and enough, the room is of frosted glass so the light is also enough. There is an aged and interesting elevator, you can take to the “2” floor and the door of the room will be downstairs.
There is a laundry room at the first floor of the building, but it’s locked.

Excellent location and plenty of room once inside.
The directions were excellent, however, the second last step to access the room door was confusing. I’ll try and add a photo to help future guests. The small step is the door you need to access.

Property was in a good location close to a train station and lots of eateries. Was spacious enough for two people for a couple of nights.
Air conditioning was ineffective and the windows don’t open unless you’re 10ft tall and can reach the tiny ones at the top. I told the manager the aircon wasn’t working and got back “it’s hot in Paris” We were charged the top rate for the tourist tax which was way too much for this apartment. When we advised we wouldn’t be paying and what we should be paying, the manager changed amount without question. Please check your figure before paying.
