Very nice environment, excellent position, super cool terrace, very rich breakfast, clean room. But the best thing was the staff: everyone is super nice and they helped us with the itinerary since google maps was not working properly and gave us very good advices on places to visit, in addition they provided very efficient help with air baloon experience booking despite our short notice request, also the pickup was at the building itself. Thank you so much for everything!

I liked the place, the room was awesome, the bathroom exceptional, and the breakfast met my expectations.
Although it is close to the main street in Cappadocia, the neighborhood is not so nice.

The room was big enough and the hotel has a nice terrace.
No problem related to hygiene.
The breakfast was not so good. There were foreign ladies and they know nothing about Turkish breakfast.
The standard room has a tiny window and as a result there was no sun and light.
The heating system is not enough and so the room was really cold.
The hotel location is the worst place in Göreme, there was a lot of dust.
The reception staff does not understand customer needs.
