I had a wonderful stay at Garden Suites Hotel. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and stress-free.
The team was extremely accommodating with organizing airport transfer to and from the property, as well as helping us book all our local activities and tours without any hassle. Having the reception desk available 24/7 gave great peace of mind, and the staff was always friendly and ready to assist at any hour.
The room was a very comfortable, nice size, and the location of the hotel couldn't be better. It’s tucked away in a quiet spot so you can truly relax, yet it’s just a short walk to all the nearby shops, local markets, and restaurants—no driver or taxis needed to get around town!
The absolute highlight of the stay, however, was the incredible breakfast team. A huge, special thank you to the beautiful ladies at breakfast—their warmth, genuine hospitality, and inviting energy made every morning special. You can truly taste that every dish is made with love.
My personal favorite spot in the hotel was the rooftop. Watching the sunrise or simply unwinding up there was so peaceful and memorable.
Thank you to the whole team for making this trip so special. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Cappadocia!

The staff were very welcoming, kind, and helpful.
The tow female staff members around during the day were particularly kind and accommodating. And one female staff in the dining hall during breakfast was very kind and helpful, with very enthusiastic energy.
The room I got looked different to the room I originally booked.
I was offered a different room for one night, inittially I refused the offer, as the hassle of moving for just one night didn’t sound appealing, but when I asked to see the room availble I changed my mind. The staff at the reception at that time asked me to come back in 30minutes. Although he was lot attending to any other guests at that time. I came back after 10-15minutes, and he said the room was gone. I found that a bit hard to believe and was very disappointed.
Breakfast was very very basic. Same thing every day. With Although the package said exceptional breakfast when we booked.

Good location. Room is very nice and clean. The hotel is beautiful. Good roof top for hot air balloon views and pictures. Very good breakfast.
Smell cigarette smoke all over in the lobby area. It made me headache when I was sitting by the sofa.
