A nice gay-friendly accommodation in a good location, near everything. The size of the room was very big. The bed was decent with good pillows. The girl and guy at breakfast were very nice people, probably the best hosts we had in our three weeks of travel in Turkey. Even after we had departed, they quickly contacted us to let us know that we had forgotten something, in case we wanted to come back and get it. Very professional.
The guy who greeted us was a very grumpy man. He could've at least feigned a smile. The room was a bit rundown. It could do with some love. Unfortunately, the shower was dreadful. It was very temperamental, both in temperature and power. The hot tub was massive and took ages to fill. And the power wasn't very powerful either. But okay for a bath. The plug sockets on the walls were a bit loose and kept coming off. Breakfast is okay but a bit basic. They should also read comments regarding dietary needs, especially considering they ask you about this themselves in the first place. And taking the dead animal off a vegetarian's/vegan's plate and returning it to them isn't acceptable. Their food must never touch a dead animal. And, on a personal note, refer to customers as they are. Ireland/Irish is nothing to do with Britain/British. We are completely different people and not connected.

Breakfast was more than adequate and the young couple were charming, we had to ask for less food on our second morning. They ordered our taxi and were polite and friendly throughout.
The wifi did not work properly in our room, which was a nuisance as we had to go out on the balcony to book our next stage and contact friends and family. Lighting on the stairs in dusk is poor - could be as we are pensioners with less than perfect eye sight, so need brightly lit staircase - especially as we were on the top floor without a lift.

Location is good, room is spacious (we booked the queen with the spa/jacuzzi), we had the balcony which had nice view of the balloons in the morning
Shower head didn’t work well - half of it wasn’t working and the flow was very weak, toilet had black stains not sure what was causing that, jacuzzi took 1hr to fill, tv was so small and the only thing you could watch was YouTube (we didn’t watch tv that much so I guess it’s not a deal breaker).
If you have luggage, just know there’s a lot of stairs if you book a top room.

This property was in a great location close to shops, restaurants and within walking distance of many of the local sights and the bus station. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, they provided a sumptuous breakfast and when I told them l was checking out early l was given food to take with me. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean with lots of room to spread out, there was also a roof terrace to enjoy balloons sailing at close quarters. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel and l thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.
