Great location, rooms are large and beautifully decorated. The views are amazing, staff were super helpful.
Everything is exceptional. I would just say that if you extend your stay via booking.com message exchange, then make sure it's clear that you want the same room for that period.

I loved the breakfast served by the hotel. Every morning, there were plenty to choices to choose from. They also made new variations of dishes. I particularly liked the dessert and the omelette station.
Also, the staff were lovely and helpful. They handled all our inquiries with a smile and made us feel welcomed. We could also see the hot air balloons from the rooftop every morning. That was breathtaking!

The location was good in the sense of being just minutes walk from Main Street which had many restaurants and shops. Staff were nice and breakfast was basic but ok. Had good views from the terrace.
Now this is where things gone completely wrong for us when on second and last night of our two night stay we had found a bed bug on the pillow. We had a room with one double bed and one single for our child. That night we all had to cramp up on one bed but eventually my husband went to sleep on the single bed thinking maybe it just one bug. How wrong we were when he woke up with one big bump on his cheek and later day we realised he had a full arm of bites leaving big hard red bumps all over his arm. We had to get some topic cream from the pharmacy and some tablets to take. It’s very unpleasant and quite scary. We are quite disappointed as we kind of were ok with old style furniture and decorations but most probably those are the culprits for the bed bugs. Next morning we showed them the cheek bite and they called the pest control and told us they will contact us in case if it was tick bite, but nobody got back to us which is again disappointing. So now we are left without knowing if it’s tick and bed bug bite.
