- staff interaction specifically with a new young, male reception employee that was working at night from 30/08 to 31/08/26 (we believe he said he started a week ago) provided a very professional, quick and comfortable service - we hope he gets the pay he deserves or otherwise should get a raise
- comfortable beds
- good shower facilities within the room
- hot steam room didn’t work for all days we stayed there (was a dealbreaker for us), and also no info/sign was present that it didn’t even work (yet naturally included in the advertisement for the hotel)
- foot bath within the spa facilities smelled off-putting
- textile sauna (where you can go in with swim clothes) wasn’t very hot (actually just felt warm and I heard another women that was in it during the same time making a similar comment)
- all rooms have windows glass between bedroom and bathroom shower (some have in-transparent glass and that’s great - some rooms have transparent glass and therefore give pervy/vibes - and this is also never really mentioned by the hotel in the advertisement) When asked, employees responded that there are no rooms without those windows between bathroom and bedroom.

Great stay, the hotel is very well equipped, especially the sky bar and the gym facilities. Its location next to the river is excellent. I really enjoyed my time there and the morning walks in the area.
Overall the stay was great, if I need to give some feedback, the staff could be a little bit more friendly, the guy at the check-in seemed nervous and didn’t give us the usual check in information when we arrived, maybe was in training still.

next to the hotel there is a huge air conditioning unit from a cinema that makes an infernal noise! if you are unlucky enough to have a room facing this unit you will not be able to sleep! disappointed
