Debbie was one of the kindest and loveliest hosts we have ever had! And thats saying something across 100+ countries and thousands of stays! She couldn't have been more attentive and was very responsive to message prior and during our stay. We got along so well we chatted for ages anytime we saw her!
Their home is gorgeous and the guest facilities upstairs include a wonderful room, well equipped en suite, Smart TV in the room, controllable aircon and heating and even a separate lounge with TV and sofas!
Really well situated in Stromness and easy to get to from the ferry. Really close to neolithic orkney attractions and easy to get to them.
Loved that throughout the home there were also little handmade souvenirs you could purchase by her children. Photos, postcards and even local traditional items - super cute!
Would 100% stay here again if in Orkney!
Nothing, everything was amazing!

Very well appointed, everything was contained within the room to be self sufficient The breakfast was really great with very many options. I would definitely recommend and book again if I return to Orkney. My view over Stromness harbour was also a great bonus.
