Το κατάλυμα ήταν άνετο και καθαρό. Το πιο ψηλό διαμέρισμα στο συγκρότημα. Θέα προς την θάλασσα και το κάστρο της Αστυπάλαιας! Το πρωινό πάρα πολύ ικανοποιητικό και νόστιμο. Είχε τα πάντα. Γλυκά και αλμυρά. Πετύχαμε σε μελτέμι και ο αέρας ακουγόταν αρκετά εντός του διαμερίσματος. Ανοιχτός ο χώρος με το μεσοπάτωμα. Η Αντωνία ευγενέστατη και μας ενημέρωνε κάθε φορά σε ότι την ρωτάγαμε. Την πισίνα δεν την επισκεφτήκαμε λόγω αέρα και ήλιου. Το βεραντάκι μικρό αλλά ικανοποιητικό. Ωραίο για αγνάντεμα το βράδυ.
Το πάρκινγκ για τα πάνω διαμερίσματα ήταν απο την πάνω πλευρά του δρόμου. Δυστυχώς ήταν χωματόδρομος, με μικρό άνοιγμα για να γυρίσει το αμάξι και προβληματικό αν γύριζες το απόγευμα και είχαν ήδη φτάσει οι άλλοι ένοικοι. Επίσης τα πολλά σκαλιά που είχε για την αίθουσα του πρωινού. Το ανέβασμα ήταν κουραστικό.

Die Eigentümerin Antonia stand für alle Fragen ständig zur Verfügung, gab wertvolle Anregungen zum Aufenthalt und zur Ausflugsplanung. Grosszügige blumengeschmückte Terrasse mit spektakulärem Ausblick auf die Chora von Astypalaia Gleich unterhalb des Hauses in 3 Gehminuten zu erreichen eine kleine sandige Bucht mit viel Schatten.Die größere auch sehr schöne Bucht von Livadi ist bequem in 6- 7 Gehminuten zu erreichen, dort eine große Auswahl an Läden und Tavernen, aber alles sehr ruhig und unaufgeregt
Sehr durchdachtes Bussytem von Livadi in die Chora, zum Hafen und in die nähere Umgebung.
Das Frühstück ist auch nach vielen Griechenaufenthalten nicht zu toppen!
Fällt uns nichts ein.

The location is fantastic, splendid view from the balcony.
Comfortable, large room. Tastefully decorated.
Nice swimming pool.
Beach 5 min walk. Very good restaurants 7 min walk.
Breakfast: great choice. Try the chocolate cake!

Lovely place, spacious rooms, spotless and full of amenities with big “patios” for each room. Pretty view of the island with a little pool to chill at. Rooms were cleaned regularly, breakfast had many options and everything was really tasty. Great location, walking distance from Livadi and some parking available as well. Owners are really accommodating and helpful with suggestions for things to do and places to see on the island. Would definitely recommend!
