Great location with an amazing view. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Room was excellent. 0 complaints.

Great view, location, friendly and helpful staff and great breakfast! All very clean and organized and great info packs in the room explaining things to see and recommendations of restaurants, etc. were very useful.
On arrival we were given a room without views and ten informed we should have chosen a room with views when booking. We were not aware of this and it was not clearly indicated so we thought we had the room that was in the photos and we had chosen the accomodation according to the photos. With extra cost we got another room but it was also smaller that we had anticipated. However, we were happier with the new room with views. The room options should be indicated more clearly in order to avoid disappoinments like this in the future.

Chrysoula was very welcoming and helpful. The view from the room is amazing!
Every time we flushed, there was a bad smell from the gully. Moreover we didnāt have coffee capsules daily nor cups due to poor cleaning service.
