We really enjoyed our stay at Kallichoron. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and from the moment we arrived we felt very comfortable.
The place is beautiful, peaceful and very well looked after, with lots of small details that make the stay feel special. The location is also great for exploring Astipalea town.
We had a really lovely time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The place had everything one would need for a pleasant stay, breakfast brought to the room of a morning, kitchette, small balcony (great for breakfast) with a spectacular view of the town and castle.
There were no drawbacks for the hotel. The only problem is created by the fact that Astypalea is a small rocky island with very little flat land. The main town was high above the port. Walking is up or down. The hotel supplied transport from the port and back for a small fee. (There are also other general transport options.)

The best place we have stayed at in seven weeks of Greek islands. This place is wonderful- views, bed, room, delicious breakfast and fabulous staff.
