住宿地點很好, 出花蓮火車站, 步行10分鐘內可抵達, 巷弄內, 安靜(個人最喜歡的點), 步行五分鐘內中山路的麥當勞, 摩斯漢堡, 步行一分鐘內可至全聯, 7-11, 早起可晨跑至七星潭, 單程約5.X公里, 來回約10.X公里, 沖洗完之後, 到民宿特約的摩斯漢堡吃早餐, 開始一天的行程, 非常舒服的小旅行.
本次入住3B號房, 是雙床房, 個人偏好硬床, 民宿的床很軟, 對於吃軟不吃硬的人來說, 會是非常舒服的選擇, 冷氣的出風口方向不是說很理想, 我睡靠牆的這張床, 冷空氣朝下, 剛好對著頭吹, 把棉被蓋著頭睡太熱, 棉被拿掉冷氣直吹頭又太冷, 如果你是個怕熱的人就沒有問題, 浴室乾溼分離我很喜歡, 但是沒有門? 可能是浴簾剛好拆掉要換新的? 沖澡的時候一直怕水沖出去, 比較傷腦筋, 3樓的洗臉盆水壓較小, 蓮蓬頭的熱水不會馬上有, 要稍微等一下才會有熱水.

Excellent staff very lovely, great room it was large, wonderful location close to the shops and food also next to a little park. Had free parking.
Advertised for free breakfast, they did give breakfast coupons but didn’t have too much info about how or where to use them, still a lovely place though

老闆娘人親切服務好，有很多代訂服務，
有電梯房間內空間大!
位置算很方便，從火車站走路也可以到
房間內沒有移動式桌子，
冷氣開16度也不涼:(雖然老闆娘有拿電風扇但還是沒有甚麼用...)建議可以檢查一下，
廁所燈光偏昏暗，潮濕的味道較明顯，
客房內有比較明顯的灰塵，一進房有點過敏+氣喘
