comfortable, clean good sized room. Quiet and felt safe. Good location. Friendly and approachable staff. Tea making facilities provided (but not personally used). Availability of food from restaurant (but not personally used) . Option to have a green stay.
Lighting in room very dull - had zoom meeting to attend and it was difficult to read the papers in front of me. Building site outside window - scaffolding was the main view from the room window (not disturbed by noise from the site)

We liked everything actually. The room was comfortable, clean, and a nice size. The bed was a nice size and super comfy. The bathroom was great and the shower was a good size.
Breakfast was very adequate and the man who looked after the breakfast room was super friendly.
The staff in general were friendly and helpful.
We had a good stay.

Location was good for us. Liked the inspirational quotes everywhere
Where was the fridge? It's the 21st century, a 'renowned' brand. Need meds kept in fridge.
On check in, was early, told couldn't book in, so ordered drink whilst waiting. Woman took over, literally less than 2 minutes later. Another guest arrived, early, and was booked in. The woman then looked at us, and asked if all OK, I said were waiting to check in, and she just checked us in. Literally 5 mins after the guy said he couldn't.
No one told us about the breakfast option on checking in. So but surprised when checking out to realise they did cooked breakfast.
The room was dark, light only at entrance and bedside lights. Why????
