Clean, good facilities, located close to transport links.
Overall a very good stay and would recommend to others for ease to central London & nearby Chiswick.
The knock at our room door at 9am by a workman and subsequent drilling and knocking- Too early on a Monday morning, without notification that work was happening opposite the room.

Area was fine and close to the transit station. Room was comfortable.
Hotel room door was not always closed after housekeeping staff completed the service. 2 incidents occurred. Left early in the morning and returned late at night. Door was found unlocked and accessible to public all day. Reported to Reception staff. They didn't follow up on it, nor did anything about it.
Hotel advertised that there was a refrigerator in the room. False advertising. Not the case, only a beverage cooler. Had medication that needed to be refrigerated 24/7 and needed to be kept within a safe temperature range. I had to keep obtaining a supply of ice in a small ice bucket every day from the bar employee/manager and place it in the beverage cooler so that my expensive liquid medication wouldn't get damaged/spoiled. It was a total nightmare of a week's stay.
