The accommodation is in an excellent position. A short walk from Termini Train station.
It only takes 20 mins to walk to the Colosseum and many other historical sites of interest.
Giorgio the host is fantastic and has an encyclopaedic knowledge about all there is to see in Rome.

The location is perfect, close to Termini station as well as monuments and the Colosseum. The owner Katia is the most welcoming person ever, she let us leave our luggage before checking in as well as after we checked out and had time before our departure, advised us what places to visit, where to eat, and made an exceptional breakfast in the morning, making us feel at home. The room is lovely, even though there is no AC, there is a fan which for us was ok. Will definitely recommend this place to friends or family visiting Rome in the future… or will gatekeep it to come back there myself ❤️
