The location and how easy it is to walk to and from
Noise. Air-con machine was loud and the units outside. It did make it hard to sleep

It was close-ish to the train station. A 10-15 min walk to Trevi and Colosseum . Spacious. The little pastry and coffee station was nice in the common area. Lovely toiletries.
The camera in the common area was a bit weird… the room we stayed in (I think) it kind of pointed at the door so I was in a towel once and then we noticed the camera.
The fridge is tiny.. there was another room staying there and they took up the whole fridge, we barely had space to put a bottle of water in to keep cold.
The bathroom definitely needs some TLC. Paint coming off etc.
the spray gun by the toilet did not work.
We weren’t told that there was someone coming in to clean the room as it’s not really a hotel so that was a bit off putting as we had left things like passports and clothes on the bed. If we had known, we probably wouldn’t packed stuff away.
The bed was uncomfortable as it was two beds pushed together 🙈
