Simple but very Clean Space. well located literally 4 minutes walking from termini. Tahsin was super attentions, especially with my mom, helping her and making us feel as much comfortable as possible.
There was no water on our bathroom shower, however Tahsin gave us an option, allowing us access to a different room bathroom. No hot water in both, but weather was super hot so it was not necessarily.

Location is great. Staff was friendly. You get what you pay for. Toilet was a bit week and shower drain is slow but otherwise very clean and staff response was very quick.
Check in process needs to be clearly written in instructions. You will need to contact the staff via whatsapp to check in. Payment method was questionable, cash or online transfer was preferred. Staff asked for ID and was about to take a photo of my passport before I stopped them - highly unprofessional to take photos of ID on a personal device, recording this information needs to be a secure process and clearly defined in agreement that any personal information given to the apartment will be stored securely
