The property was really spacious, in an excellent location 20m from the Vittorio Emanuele which is one stop from Termini.
The air conditioning was a great relief from the summer heat, and is close by to all the main attractions in terms of walking distance.
There are loads of fantastic restaurants very closeby.
The breakfast was really lovely and the staff were really helpful and responsive

Great location-we could walk to almost everything.
I don’t like staying in the city-but it was nice to have a spot where we didn’t have to rely on driving or getting public transit for everything.
Parking. There is street parking but it was full the whole time and I didn’t think it was very clear where paid and unpaid parking was. We ended up parking in a secure garage a couple blocks away. Also-no signage-so you had to go by address number to find the place.

The bed was comfortable and the young lady who made breakfast every morning was friendly. For convenience it is close to the Termini station and the Metro station.
The room is very small so our stay felt very cramped, there is a step into a very small bathroom with a shower that was weak and did not drain properly. There is a hanging area for clothes but no wardrobe so clothes are on show all the time. The surrounding area is poor where a lot of people are living on the streets, we didn't feel unsafe but it's not pleasant and as you can see the front of the building is not inviting. For us this property felt overpriced for what we experienced. I understand that this is an old building and they are trying to get an authentic look but for us it did not work.
