Clean and spacious apartment. Elevator to get bags and wheelchair up and down. Easy walk to many places. Lavassa machine and pods provided. Refrigerator for leftovers. Easy person less check-in. Good wifi. Good air conditioning. Large bathroom
Need to have keys with you to get out of the apartment and operate the elevator, which gets complicated when you have a family of four that may want to come and go at different times. Friday night was noisy due to a club nearby thumping bass. Had to wedge some s hooks to keep the shutter closed to keep out light

Very nice that there is AC for the hot months. It struggles to reach the second room, but we all did well.

Excellent location, close to all the main sights.
Customer service from the host was great abd instructions were clean for self check in. Luca was very responsive.
The room was spacious which is rare in Rome.
We were on the second floor and thankfully there was an elevator
There was nothing charming about this place. We booked last minute and this was one of the only affordable places left. I can see why.
Dont waste your money, spend more and find something else. The room was dirty, we had to mop the floor ourselves as our feet were black after walking around bare feet on our floor. The bathroom was an afterthought with smelly water and cramped.
The bed was very noisy and squeaked everytime you moved. Its pillows were terrible and the bed was very uncomfortable.
Its an interesting outlook to a building that was very creepy and looked abandoned.
