The apartment was excellent, with great facilities and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Rome and within easy walking distance of many of the main sights. Communication was also excellent throughout our stay. Michele was particularly helpful and went above and beyond to support us when our passports were unfortunately stolen.
There was nothing we didn’t like.

Staff was kind and attentive - they welcomed us on arrival and were available for questions throughout our stay. The rooms were large, and in particular one of our hotel rooms had a fabulous view and almost a spa-like bathroom. Location was right downtown near multiple bus lines and perfect walking distance to key spots and great restaurants.

The location is fantastic. Being right on the border of the Jewish ghetto.. I liked having a code to get into the building and apartment
Beds were a little bit firm. The shower that comes from the ceiling is pretty weak.It is supposed to be like a waterfall, but it was not really happening.And the water temperature control was also a little iffy. Above the t v , there is like a ledge , and I think there was a lot of dust on top and it has not been cleaned in a while. Both my wife and I started to sneeze.As we are allergic to dust.
