Excellent location on the left bank and very well presented hotel. A typical Paris hotel where the rooms are not large but they were very well presented and nicely furnished. The staff were excellent

Everything. The location amazing staff starting with Vincent who checked us in and all the ladies at the front desk, super helpful with navigating the city, helpful tips in getting around in Metro, calling taxis for us, top notch customer service. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Not a complaint per se, but after midnight the front door locks down and there’s a phone # to call to get back in. We missed that the first day and my phone didn’t work luckily my daughter’s phone worked so we were able to get in. So after that we were careful to be back before midnight

Our whole experience was excellent. My partner was ill and they arranged an in house dr visit.the breakfast was delicious and the room comfortable even under trying times. The staff was excellent!
