The owner was a lovely lady. Kept very clean and well stocked with toiletries, cleaning products, coffee. Free soap, shampoo and disposable slippers provided, all came to good use. Robes to use and loads of towels. Tv was good and air-con was amazing. Lovely balcony with a view of the centre of the city, soo centrally located. Ashtray provided on balcony. Pet freindly and welcoming. Other guests were clean and quiet. All bedding ect is dry cleaned.

The place is perfect for a city break. It is located at the very heart of the city, in a historical building that has been partially renovated - from the outside it looks good, on the inside you need to be careful on the shaky staircase, but the rooms are perfectly tended and clean. The host is very accommodating and you have all basic facilities plus a fridge, coffee machine and a shared kitchenette.
Expect shared bathroom. The place has three units, one with the own bathroom and the other two sharing a second bathroom. Be careful on the stairs, they are old, worn out and slippery. The accommodation provides minimal self-catering options, but do not go there expecting to have breakfast "at home" because there are only sleeping rooms and a shared room with coffee maker, microwave oven and a small coffee table aside a couch.

Great location - in the centre of town ie close to everything & 15 minutes walk from the š station. Room was v comfortable. There's a microwave but you have to do the washing up in the bathroom - wasn't a problem for us š½ļøš«§ On the top floor of an old building - our room had a great view inc soldier statue on the hill. clean. good location if you are without a car. with a car - no way!
it is fine for the money but donāt expect much. the entrance to the tiny apartments is through an extremely dirty building that can fall apart any minute. there is no terrace anywhere. the owners say there is but the terrace is actually a property of another person who gets super angry if you even open the door of the terrace (as it is on a common floor). the room is extremely small. it is clean thankfully but absurd tiny and not very safe. there are two doors to the room that you can def unlock any way you want as none of the doors is a steel door but rather old doors. i suggest a renovation of the whole place or charging 50% less as the condition of the entrance is despicable and gross. i cant be happy that all over accommodations in Bulgaria so
many Bulgarians think that they can sale and make money out of places they didnt MAINTAIN WELL.
if you are traveling alone - book it. but dont leave anything safe and important inside.
