Right in the middle of Kapana but extremely silent, reconstruction very well done
Bathroom is cut out from the apartment, its not a real room. There is no curtain for shower therefore the bathroom will be completely flooded.

Enorme e moderno appartamento, stile attico, al secondo piano di una guest house (senza ascensore), in posizione centralissima nel centro storico, nel quartiere Kapana, ottima per visitare la città.
Doccia grande separata dal bagno.
Oltre al letto presente un grande divano, in mezzo alla grande stanza.
Non è possibile posteggiare nei pressi della struttura, ma bisogna posteggiare a 15-20 minuti x trovare posteggio a prezzi umani.
Sembrerebbe un appartamento bello e perfetto, e pure a basso prezzo per essere a Plovdiv in centro, ma presenta alcuni limiti e problemi non indifferenti.
Lo staff si è manifestato solo con i messaggi online per dare le indicazioni del check-in.
La doccia perde acqua dal basamento durante l' uso (anche per brevi periodi, allagando parte dell' appartamento. Anche in bagno c'è una piccola perdita di acqua.
Abbiamo contattato la struttura per segnalare il problema, ma pur rispondendo non sono intervenuti a sistemare bagno e doccia.
Non ci sono tende oscuranti alle molte finestre, per cui nell' appartamento entra molta luce fino dall' alba.

Апартаментът беше чист и добре поддържан. Домакинът беше много отзивчив и любезен и ни даде точни и ясни указания за настаняването.
Основният проблем е шумоизолацията. Не е нормално при обикновено ходене на хората в съседната стая подът да скърца толкова силно, че шумът да се чува ясно в нашата стая и да пречи на почивката. Това определено е нещо, което би било добре да се подобри.

Quarto enorme, com tudo o que era necessário e suficientemente limpo e cuidado.
Casa de banho privada, limpa e com o básico (gel de banho, toalhas, papel higiénico).
Localização mesmo central, perto de restaurantes e da cidade velha (que é linda!).
Apesar de limpo e arrumado, havia algumas manchas no sofá (provavelmente difíceis de sair), o soalho do chão está um pouco gasto, a canalização às vezes libertava um cheiro desagradável (deve ser antiga) e as paredes/teto/chão têm pouco isolamento (ouve-se mesmo muito o barulho dos outros quartos/apartamentos. No geral, merecia uma renovação.
Valia a pena incluir shampo na casa de banho e, talvez, outras pequenas coisas para conforto dos hóspedes.
