Friendly owner and cook. Very large room with old wooden furniture, sink, bottled water, separate toilet and shower. Very quiet at the back of the house. Places to sit outside. Breakfast was extra in our booking, but very reasonable. You select the time and it’s ready cooked to order, choice of continental, quesadillas, eggs, oat pancakes ( all with fruit water and coffee). Water also available to fill up your water bottles in the kitchen.
Can park easily in the street outside. Walk of about 20mins into central plaza.
Great free Hilda Kahlo 3D virtual reality exhibition in the library and don’t miss the dancing fountains at 8pm on the front near the Mayan column.
WIFI not very good in the rooms you needed to sit at tge dining room table for a good connection.

The location was great, in the center of the historical part of the city. The neighborhood is very quiet and we had no problem parking in front of the hotel. The hotel is a historical building with a shaded garden area where our dogs were able to hang out. The hostess was extremely accommodating and gave us a super recommendation for dinner. The breakfast, which you order the night before was served exactly at the time we specified. It was one of the best breakfasts we enjoyed on our trip.
I really can't fault the hotel for anything.

The house is remarkably well maintained. The rooms provide all the facilities you need. Quiet and peaceful place close to the center and the lady of the house is super nice!

The house was beautiful and in a good location.
The A/C was completely ineffective in cooling the room, it ran all night and never cooled the room below the 80s Farenheit. I think the room being upstairs and not insulated was the reason. This made it really difficult to sleep at night. This was the only issue I had with the property, everything else was great.
