The guest house is situated outside of Lynton on a quiet road so little noise from cars or traffic, very relaxing ..room was large and owners Kevin and Jan were excellent and couldn't do enough for you ...we stayed 2 nights..they do a lovely breakfast.
Have to drive to get to anywhere as situated outside of main town ... guest house is slightly dated basic and could do with a up date..

Felt like home. Cleaned to high standard. Host was lovely. Safe parking for our motorbike. Could see from room

Family owned hotel. Staff very friendly. Amazing location
WC was very old and barely worked (couldn't flush). There was no pressure in the shower. Old oil was used for cooking the hash browns (all hallway smelled of old cooking oil in the morning).
