Modern, high quality fittings in rooms, friendly staff, availability of spa facilities.
Reception staff times too limited (9am to 9pm). Instructions needed to work coffee machine in room. Safe did not work. Light switch faulty and was not mended on day of reporting it. More Information needed on front desk for out of hours about timings of meals, spa, etc.

Second time visiting. Great location, nice architecture and interior. Friendly and helpful staff. Didn't try restaurant this time, but i hear it is still great. We got a room facing the river which was very nice and relaxing to watch.
First surprise - dust. And spider web in the floor corner. That was unexpected because last time we visited, we were amazed by the cleanliness. And after this "surprise" you start thinking about slippers and other mind clutter takes place. Shower had only overhead rain though you could see that there is a pipe for shower. Walls a bit too thin so you can hear if somebody is walking the corridor or coughing in the next room. Last time we were in the newer wing of the hotel and it was much better. And one more thing - NO USB socket in the room. We had fire alarm early in the morning (I guess it was false alarm) but I think it is more positive thing showing that it works.

SPA is fantastic. However, you have to pay extra €30 per day to use it.
Very good location.
No AC. Some light in the room you can’t turn off.
No buffet breakfast. The choice has to be made the night before, you have to commit to certain time! Very limited options. I would never prepay for breakfast if I would be warned ahead of time about this situation.
Spa is great but you have to pay extra.
No kettle in the room. No staffing at night.
Very overpriced for what it offers.
