Perfect location, nice rooms, pretty views.
Breakfast could get some more love and quality. Controlling ac/heater is hard, can’t get temperature I want.

We love the location and the views. Service was good in the past. This was our 3rd stay here.
In my view, there appear to be serious service issues at this hotel. When we arrived after 5 hours on the bus, we decided to have a drink at the hotel. It took our server 7 minutes to help us. She said she was sorry, but was "busy".
At our 2nd breakfast buffet, service was very much an issue. The sausage pan sat empty for 20 minutes while the assigned staff member was in the adjacent porch area vaping and using her phone. There were no cereal bowls and the juice glasses ran out. Help with issues at breakfast was unavailable and there were issues. This is an appalling way to run a hotel.
