TODO, el personal es increíble, todos súper amables y atentos a que tu estadía sea soñada. Las instalaciones son de primer nivel y la gastronomía es un lujo.
La habitación que elegimos era muy lujosa y muy grande pero podría tener más lugar para guardar ropa. El gimnasio era muy grande pero podría tener más bancos planos y bancos inclinados. Solo contaba con dos y por momentos era tedioso compartirlos.

Checkin was frictionless, which can often be a source of irritation after traveling hours to arrive. No issues on that front. Checkout was slower but simple.
Staff is very helpful across the board. There's only one restaurant available for breakfast but that have a very wide array of options.
This can't be resolved without tearing down the building and starting over, but the layout was highly frustrating. Just navigating between the room and restaurants often entailed more than one elevator and lots of guesswork to figure out where the restaurants are. Some of the signage was either wrong or confusing. One of the staff even claimed we could take an elevator to the 2nd floor to reach a restaurant, yet the elevator only went to the 3rd floor.
Not enough separation for the adults-only pool -- the kids pool overlooks the adults area, and kids would simply hang over the edge of their pool and scream at the top of their lungs.
The evening vibe was mostly non-existent. Most bars were empty or only had 4-6 patrons each night. We might be on the older side of their typical guests, but we're not DEAD. It was quiet as a morgue most nights.

This is the best hotel we've ever stayed in. The rooms are spacious and have every amenity you could want (there was a hot tub and plunge pool in ours). The swimming pools are unreal and the quality of the food and drinks second to none (there wasn't a meal we had that I wouldn't have paid for in a restaurant).
The thing that sets this place apart though is the service. We had our own concierge (Natalia) and she was the best thing about our stay. There was nothing that was too much for her to do and she was a really useful source of information on transport/excursions etc. Natalia also arranged all our dinner reservations and was a real point of difference for our stay.
Taxis are pricey from the hotel so Uber is a great resource (it's much cheaper). The beach isn't swimmable at the hotel and you can't walk to the nearest one. Having said that the pools at the hotel are so good that you won't really want to leave.
