Loved how we were greeted with a cool towel and champagne upon arrival. The check in process was efficient. We arrived earlier than check in time but they were able to get our room cleaned and ready 2 hours earlier than check-in time. The resort is stunning and overlooking the most beautiful blue beach waters. All staff is welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious and clean and the our balcony view had a beautiful view of the ocean And mountains. The food was amazing and the different pools made sure no pool was too crowded.
No real complaints. And when there was one issue, the staff made sure to correct it right away.

The rooms and the view
Need to fix AC in the main lobby, specially if you have to wait to get your room. A lot of push to sell time share. Need cleaner restrooms by the pool. Very expensive market
