We appreciated our stay and would like to thank the hotel team for their hospitality. Overall, the hotel has a modern and interesting concept, and we enjoyed our time in Lisbon.
The rooms were quite small, but the main issue for us was the bathroom design. Part of the bathroom walls were transparent, which meant that the inside of the bathroom was clearly visible from the room. This may be uncomfortable for many guests, and we believe it should be clearly mentioned before booking, as it was not obvious from the photos. We asked if it was possible to change rooms, but unfortunately we were told that all rooms have the same design.

Ultra clean, quiet despite being right in the city center, the view from the room was phenomenal. Good breakfast as well.

Location great
Definitely not worthy of 4 stars. Decor is dated, rooms are a bit tired, no water provided in rooms. Only one toilet in the bar and lobby for guests to use, which is small. Just didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel felt more 3 star.
