The management was ready to help with everything. They answered all our questions, and make our life easier by coordinating a taxi to and from the airport.

Location could not have been better, very beautiful hotel. Bed was very comfy and the shower actually had good pressure and heated up quickly (rare in hotels haha). Even got a bonus balcony with beautiful views! Staff were always very friendly too!
Only drawback was (as many have mentioned) the breakfast was a bit lacking. We'd have rather just had tea/coffee facilities in the room and ate breakfast out as there are so many options close by.

Location, nice big room, nice staff
The safe in the room was not secured to the floor or wall so could be easily removed. At breakfast every item ordered was served right away causing a cluttered table with no room to enjoy it, hot dishes cold before you could finish the fruit or cereal 😡 Also the world’s slowest elevator/lift!
